Urdu lessons of this type are broader and are aimed towards students with a variety of requirements. While all beginner level students will cover survival Urdu—needed for short visits to countries where English isn't widely spoken, or if you wish to 'go local'—those studying Urdu usually go in different directions at this point, depending on what they need. Face-to-Face 1-to-1 (Individual) Business Urdu
These lessons in Urdu are meant for those who feel that learning Urdu would make a change in their work. For starters, it is expedient to learn how to say hello/goodbye, as well as basic business protocol; once the basics have been mastered, reading and writing come to the fore. Students who have greatly benefited have been involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, jobseekers in multinational companies where another language is required and those working in the international academia and government circuits. If there are 2 or more of you with the same level of Urdu, the same goals sought for the language and be able to study at the same time and location, then you'll be happy to know that these Urdu lessons can also be made available with Two-to-One Urdu Lessons or Small Group In-Company Urdu Lessons. Listen & Learn does not generally recommend classes with more than 6-8 people, though Taster lessons in Urdu can run with up to 12 people. Bookings must be made for all participants at the same time. Skype, Google Meet or Zoom Online 1-to-1 (Individual) General or Business Urdu
You and your group can be trained by our native speaker qualified Urdu teachers and can meet at your place of work or home at a time that works best for you. Tutorials can take place any day of the week, including weekends, and can be scheduled for the morning, afternoon or evening. Skype, Google Meet or Zoom Online Group (Closed or Open) General or Business Urdu
Those wishing to learn Urdu in groups of two or more together (Two-to-One Urdu Lessons or Small Group In-Company Urdu Lessons) can sign up for our group classes. All students must be at nearly the same level of Urdu proficiency, have the same needs from the language and be able to study at the same time and place as the others. Bookings must be made for all students simultaneously. Listen & Learn does not propose group sizes of more than 6-8 people, but In-Company Taster Urdu Lessons can occur with up to 12 people.
